By accessing or using Tended (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Tended is operated by Tended Inc. ("we", "us", "our").
Tended provides a verified asset maintenance tracking platform. Users upload documentation of maintenance activities which are reviewed by AI to generate verified maintenance reports ("Tended Reports"). These reports are designed to build trust in asset maintenance history for owners, buyers, and service providers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Tended offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Free trials are available for new users. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Tended, including receipts, invoices, photos, and other documents. By uploading content, you grant Tended a license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
Tended uses artificial intelligence to review uploaded documents and assign verification tiers. While we strive for accuracy, AI review is not infallible. Tended Verified, Confirmed, and other badge designations represent our AI's assessment and should not be construed as a legal guarantee of document authenticity.
Tended Reports may be transferred to new owners at point of sale. Once transferred, the new owner assumes control of the report. Flagged entries are always visible on transferred reports and cannot be removed.
You may not upload fraudulent, manipulated, or falsified documents. You may not use the Service to misrepresent the maintenance history of any asset. Violation of this policy may result in account termination and permanent flags on associated reports.
Tended is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate AI assessments, data loss, or reliance on Tended Reports in financial transactions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
